Learn about our venue amenities

Basic packages include three table size options (60" round, 36" round, and 72" rectangular) and foldable chairs. All rentals include 4 bar stools. We do offer a DIY blank canvas package for those on a budget. White table linens and white chair covers are available for an additional fee. Choose your own rental company and caterers to provide a variety of dinnerware and glassware based on your personal style. This allows you to create exactly what you want for your dream wedding or event party.

Anastassia Ballroom is a 3000+ square foot venue. Our main ballroom is greater than 47'-4" x 37'-10" and has three entrances from the parking lot for multiple access ways for guests, vendors, and special events. Click to read our Venue Price Brochure.

Our location can hold up to 125 guests. Our spacious open floor plan allows for photo booths, dance floor, 360 photo platforms, stunning bridal / groom love tables, stage area, and versatile table arrangements. Yes. You can hang ceiling decor with tape as long as it is removed after. Text us for further details about our ceiling and wall decor ideas.

Yes. We have multiple event signs included in the venue rental. They are 16" x 20" double sided parking signs that stake into the ground. You can customize the signs by laminating a 16" x 20" large photo print of your event info with tape atop each sign. Below are some ideas. Text us for further info.

We have three guest restrooms and one shower area. They are newly renovated and very modern. One restroom includes a lovely nursing chair. Please see our floor plan below and schedule a tour.

We have two separate kitchen prep areas - the catering kitchen and the bar area. The kitchen includes a double door refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave, lots of cabinet storage space, and large countertop space for serving. The bar area has 4 bar stools, bar sink, and lots of countertop space for food preparations. Please see our floor plan and schedule a tour for details. Both were newly renovated in 2023. There are several local hotels in the Leesburg, Tavares, Mount Dora, Villages, Fruitland Park, Yahala, Eustis, Clermont, Apopka, Wildwood, Minneola, Ocala, and outside the Orlando area.

Yes, a hair dryer is included in the bridal suite rental.

The ring LED light is 12" diameter with 62" extendable tripod. You can mount your phone on the stand for applying your makeup or taking selfies. The included remote makes it very easy to take photos in the bridal suite, one of our favorite venue photo spots.

With our glamorous lighting both indoors and outdoors, you can't go wrong taking photos below the crystal chandeliers, dancing under the disco below, in front of our stunning white curtain walls, near the French doors, in our beautiful bridal suite, having a toast in the bar, near the beautiful outdoor tree decorated with large ornaments during the holidays, and outdoors with sparklers. Our unique adds-on furnishings like the double throne chair and tables are great instagram-worthy opportunities. Call / text for other suggestions.

Yes, we have an open catering policy. You may order from Grubhub and have it delivered to the back-of-house catering kitchen area. More info about GrubHub Catering.

We offer 6-hr and 12-hr rental options. There is an additional $250 per hour fee for Events running past midnight. The latest time permitted is 2:00 am. See our Venue Rental Prices and Party Rental Policies.

We love celebrating special moments with our Central Florida community. There is ample free parking at our venue and the surrounding area.

There is outdoor lighting along the private drive and on our building's exterior venue sconces. In 2024, we added energy-efficient solar lights to our front entry area. You can move the solar lights for photos as long as the lights are placed back to their original locations.
