Party Rental Policies & Reserving Our Venue

All venue rentals include setup and cleanup time and are booked at a minimum of 6 hours. We offer 6-hr and 12-hr options. Your time begins with the setup of your event. For instance, a typical 6-hr rental:

  • 1-hr setup (caterers, entertainment, decorations, etc)
  • 4-hr party
  • 1-hr cleanup / breakdown

The time ends with the breakdown until the guests and contractors have departed. There is an additional $125 charged for each extra hour.


How To Reserve

  1. Confirm date availability via phone, email, text, or during an in-person venue tour
  2. Review our Rental Reservation Contract and Venue Prices Note: All events require 7% sales tax, $260 cleaning fee, and a refundable $500 refundable security deposit (will be returned within 3 days after the event). Optional: We can provide tables, chairs, & linen "setup up" and "put-away" service for an additional cost of $200. Please let us know if you are interested during this review process.
  3. Contract Signing with 50% Venue Fee Payment Due. To secure your event date and time, half of the venue fee is due at the contract signing. This is not refundable. The remaining balance, $260 cleaning fee, and $500 returnable security deposit are due 30 days prior to your event.
  4. Provide Proof of Insurance. Customary, easy, and inexpensive "day-of" event insurance is required. Please provide this documentation prior to the event - by email, text, or in person.
  5. Extra fees: Events running past 12:00 am / midnight will incur a late night fee of $250 per hour. The latest time permitted is 2:00 am.

Open Vendor Policy

We are an open vendor venue. You can use our preferred vendors, vendors of your choice, or have a completely DIY event. There are no required caterers or coordinators. You can customize your party planning when you book with us! Learn more about our Open Catering Policy
