Large Kitchen for Catering

We have an open BYO (Bring Your Own) Vendor Policy - sot this kitchen space is very convenient for your catering or self-catering options. Guests are often delighted at the size and use for food preparations. Appliances include double door refrigerator, double sink, microwave, dishwasher, granite countertops, and lots of cabinet for storing catering essentials. The Modern Bar & Serving Station

Our renovated bar is a great place to mingle during a party and a highlight for your barista and traveling mixologist! Imagine your guests chatting and enjoying hors d'oeuvres, beverages or getting their name tags. The stunning space can also serve as a reception area for luncheons and corporate events. The bar includes 4 high-back bar seats, bar sink, granite countertops, and lots of built-in cabinetry. Guests often call the space “Hip, Modern, and Refreshing”!

Rental Room #1: The Bridal Suite

Get Dressed In Style! Our luxury rental room includes a chic vanity area, upscale decor furnishings, and glam lighting. Relax and unwind before the event in this intimate private space. Get ready, apply your makeup, and store all your event accessories, gifts, and party survival items. We definitely recommend renting this space to change outfits and take a breather during a wedding event, quinceanera, sweet 16, vow renewal, grad party, and anniversary party celebration. Hair dryer and 12" LED ring light with extendable 62" tripod and remote are included in the bridal suite rental. Guests often call the room “stylish and serene”! In addition to the vanity, the space includes multiple luxury furnishings: rose love seat, chairs, ottoman, LED ring light with tripod and remote, hair dryer, and dress form to hang your outfits. One of our top photo spots for your picture perfect event. Rental fee: $100

Rental Room #2: The Grooms Quarters

Our second rental room is equally as stylish and sophisticated. The suite features a brown leather sofa, stylish chandelier, two comfy armchairs and side tables - a perfect seating area for lounging, storing gifts, or hosting private interviews, and meeting break-room sessions. Chill and play some games with friends while you dress to impress for your event! Rental Rate: $85

Relaxing Shower & Changing Area

Re-energize with our luxurious shower and high-end bathroom amenities. This private shower and changing area rental includes essential shower toiletries - towels and bath mat, soap, shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion.
